PK CRE is an independent brokerage run by Paulina Kucharska, CCIM, working commercial property across South Florida, sales and leasing for landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors, in the corridor running north from Port Everglades through Broward and Palm Beach to the Treasure Coast.
Local means submarket, not county. Pompano does not price like Riviera Beach, and a tenant priced out of Fort Lauderdale is not automatically a Port St. Lucie tenant. Comparables pulled from the wrong side of a submarket line produce advice that sounds confident and costs money.
The CCIM designation behind the name is awarded after a graduate-level curriculum in financial, market, and investment analysis plus a portfolio of qualifying transactions, held by fewer than one in ten commercial practitioners. In practice it means the underwriting supporting a recommendation can go straight to a lender or an investment committee without being rebuilt first.
Every assignment is handled personally. There is no junior broker running your tour and no analyst you have never met building your numbers.
