Paulina moved to South Florida in 2019 after living in New York, where she founded two successful retail businesses and played a key role for a New York-based premier gem dealer which mined some of the rarest Columbian emeralds in the world.  She also worked in the hospitality industry, assisting her parents with the promotion of their Vermont boutique hotel, which recently sold for a considerable profit.  The experience she cultivated in both marketing and sales assured Paulina she had the work ethic, discipline, and sales prowess to succeed in any environment.  After moving to South Florida, and despite having no prior business contacts in the area, Paulina was tapped to become an associate at Campbell & Rosemurgy Commercial Real Estate, finding great success working alongside one of their top commercial brokers.

Paulina is slated to attain her CCIM designation in 2023, which requires advanced coursework in financial and market analysis.  This will allow her to provide specialized services to her clients, helping them minimize their risks and close more deals while making the most informed decisions.  Paulina enjoys giving back to the community and currently serves as President-elect of the Fort Lauderdale/Boca chapter of CREW.  She looks forward to continuing to grow her network and fostering new and meaningful relationships.
